‘Walk in the Park’ was created during the COVID-19 lockdown in London. It expresses the freedom of venturing out but knowing I would come back to safety. There is freedom with containment. The organic form is soothing and brings a sense of comfort from nature, where nothing had changed.
With the lack of access to materials during this time, I used leftovers from coloured clay tests that I had kept like a treasure.
